Character of Position

As a Manufacturing Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a manufacturing setting.


  • Develop and coordinate a processing plan as well as aid all manufacturing departments in development of manufacturing plans, ensuring plans meet quality, timing, and budgetary goals
  • Ensure all new work is scheduled in a timely manner
  • Identify areas of conflict within manufacturing schedules
  • Audit and update manufacturing schedules as required
  • Track manufacturing progress and document updates to relay information to manufacturing teams
  • Coordinate with team leads to establish and coordinate processes and procedures
  • Identify and procure commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items
  • Contribute to corporate quality policy and objectives
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
  • Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong time management skills, including ability to identify and remedy scheduling conflicts
  • Ability to read and understand complex blueprints
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Technical capacity
  • Personal effectiveness/credibility
  • Clear and consistent communication


  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with clerical work


  • Must work hours agreed upon with manager
  • Must have punctual attendance
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary
