Character of Position
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for guiding, tracking, and managing all aspects of programs to help achieve all strategic, contractual, and tactical milestones from the moment a new job is awarded, to the final delivery to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain program timelines
- Coordinate and lead project kick-offs
- Initiate, monitor and communicate project issues both internally and externally
- Project logistics coordination
- Primary responsibility for project document and data control
- Single point contact with all assigned customers
- Participate in daily scheduling meetings
- Change control management- financial and document/data
- Report of project issues, constraints, and proposed solutions to internal team
- Overview analysis of project financial results
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Personal effectiveness/credibility
- Problem solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Clear and consistent communication
Experience
- 5-10 years manufacturing management experience
- Aerospace Tooling experience
- Enovia experience preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4-year degree or equivalent
