Character of Position
As a Manufacturing Data Processor, you will be part of a team that works in the most efficient manner and deliver support data within or before required due date and budgeted hours.
Responsibilities
- Comply fully with electronic document and manual document control system
- File preparation activities required for ITAR compliance
- Work to all QMS procedures and work instructions
- File naming convention oversight and policing both in and out of the company
- Internal data transfer for both Build only and Design & Build projects
- Data revision level control at both Engineering and Tool Design release levels
- File comparison (release to release) for determining and conveying revision level differences
- Must be able to achieve quality and production goals
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Self-directed
- Reading and plotting complex blueprints
- Ability to identify and find specifications
- Knowledgeable in geometric tolerances (understand and recognize all symbols)
- Thorough understanding of general tolerances
- Comprehend sections and views
- Understand reference systems
Experience
- Previous experience using Catia V4, V5, Mastercam and/or UGNX preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
